Oils well that ends well?

Cooking with oil, omega ratios, good fats, bad fats.. talk about confusing!

One week this is the “perfect fat”, the  next week, it’s gonna kill ya. lol.

Kind of scary when you think about it.

Can heating oil xxx really be a health risk? Can over eating fats high in omega xx cause illnesses?
