September Already??

Where has the year gone?
Time to admit I’ve failed to meet my diet and weight loss goals this year.
Oh I know the year isn’t over, but putting it “on paper” so to speak, makes me more accountable to myself.
Yes, it’s been an incredibly stressful year and that played a big part in my emotional eating.
But I can only “blame” me.
It’s so easy to blame stress, family, life, but in order to make changes, we have to face the reality that it’s ourselves that have to change, not the rest of the world.
Kinda sucks lol, but there it is.
So, rather than say “forget it, the year is mostly gone”, I’m recommitting today.
