Easy as can be, and packed with good omega fish oils.
- 1 tin Wild Planet sardines in olive oil (or whatever sardines in olive oil you can find)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cups romaine, chopped
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- carrots, cucumbers, radishes, olives, whatever you like
Toss all of the veggies with the lemon juice and the oil from the sardines.
Break the sardines up a little and add on top.
Salt and pepper to taste.
