Clean Eating: Sardines and Salad

Easy as can be, and packed with good omega fish oils.

  • 1 tin Wild Planet sardines in olive oil (or whatever sardines in olive oil you can find)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cups romaine, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • carrots, cucumbers, radishes, olives, whatever you like

Toss all of the veggies with the lemon juice and the oil from the sardines.

Break the sardines up a little and add on top.

Salt and pepper to taste.
